Ethics Line is the name of the internal information system of the Duro Felguera. A tool whose objective is to provide a secure, anonymous and confidential means of reporting any irregularity or non-compliance with criminal regulations, as well as the violations provided for in article 2 of Law 2/2023 regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations.
The Group thus reinforces its commitment to business ethics and transparency in all its areas of action, encouraging all members of its stakeholders to participate in a corporate culture based on integrity.
Duro Felguera continues to move forward. Yesterday, the company held its Ordinary General Meeting, in which the shareholders approved the management of the Board of Directors, the annual accounts, the Management Report and the remuneration policy of the Board for the next three years.
Duro Felguera has become the first company in northern Spain to obtain the Good Corporate Governance Index certification, with the highest rating (G++), awarded by AENOR.
Duro Felguera has been awarded a new bulk solids transport project in the Mejillones Bay (Antofagasta region, Chile). It is an EPC (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning) contract.
The Board of Directors of Duro Felguera, S.A. (the “Company”) at its meeting held on 23 May 2023, resolved to call the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on 26 June 2023, at 12:00 noon on first call, at the Palacio de Congresos del Recinto Ferial Luis Adaro, Paseo Dr. Fleming, 481. 33203, Gijón, and on second call, on the following day, 27 June 2023, at the same place and time.
