Duro Felguera has recently joined Recruiting Erasmus, a project which aims to facilitate contact between partner companies and Spanish and foreign students, whether through an Erasmus scholarship or another training programme, who want to make the leap into the professional world.

One of Duro Felguera’s priorities is to attract, retain and promote the development of the best young talent to face this new stage of transformation in which the company is immersed. Through this initiative, the company wants to give young people the opportunity to learn from Duro Felguera’s professionals, and to create a pool of young talent so that in the future they will be the generational relief of the current experts.
The collaboration in the Recruiting Erasmus programme includes a 24-month immersion plan in the company with rotation through the different business lines of Duro Felguera so that the recent graduates can get to know and acquire knowledge of the cycle of the projects in which we carry out our activity.
During this time, the young graduates will be accompanied and guided by Duro Felguera professionals during their first professional career while they complete their academic training.
